Tasnim Korotana is a UK-qualified teacher of Urdu and Persian with over 30 years of teaching experience. She has prepared students for GCSE, GCE, CEFR levels A1–C2, as well as the Diplomatic Service Language Allowance examinations. Her career includes teaching Urdu at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence, Canadian High Commission, and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Tasnim has also served as an Urdu course advisor to Leeds and Manchester Metropolitan Universities. In addition, she has extensive experience as an examiner, principal examiner, and chief examiner for GCSE/iGCSE and GCE Urdu with Edexcel, Cambridge, and AQA examination boards in the UK.
